Are you looking for a hands-on career where you can make a real difference in people's lives? Service Team of Professionals (STOP Restoration) in Centre Hall, PA is hiring a Restoration General Laborer to join our dedicated local crew.

In this role, you will be the first line of defense when disaster strikes. You will help families and businesses in our community recover from water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. We provide fully paid training, so no prior restoration experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a reliability mindset, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Water & Fire Mitigation: Set up specialized drying equipment, extract standing water, and clean smoke or soot-damaged structures.
• Demolition: Tear out damaged materials like wet drywall, ruined carpets, and compromised flooring to prepare spaces for rebuilding.
• Equipment & Site Maintenance: Load/unload company trucks and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Shop Organization & Maintenance: Assist in keeping the shop, vehicles and equipment maintained and cleaned.
• Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to assist with emergency community situations after hours or on weekends.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Reliability: A hard worker who shows up on time and ready to support the team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in tight or dirty environments.
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate company service vehicles.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
• Team Player: Great attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service during stressful times.
