General Labor Technician-Sales

Overview
We are seeking a dependable, motivated General Labor Technician – Sales to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position combining equipment preparation and basic maintenance with demonstrations and sales.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, interacting with customers, learning new skills, and working toward performance goals. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, maintain, and prepare our home cleaning systems for customers.
• Meet with prospective customers and identify their cleaning needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Present products and accessories in a professional and informative manner.
• Follow up with customers and prospects as needed.
• Assist with deliveries, equipment setup, inventory, and general shop duties.
• Participate in company training and sales meetings.

Skills

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to lift and move equipment when necessary.
