General Labor Utility Second Shift

Job Overview

Weaver Fab and Finishing is seeking a dependable General Labor / Utility employee to support production in our sheet metal fabrication job shop. This is a hands-on role for someone willing to learn, help where needed, and take pride in quality work.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Help with grinding, deburring, cleaning, and preparing metal parts.
• Move materials and parts between work areas.
• Assist machine operators and the powder coating department as needed.
• Inspect parts for obvious defects and follow work instructions.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on your feet and handle materials safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop

Experience with a Amada Laser, Amada Press Brake, Fanuc Turret Punch, Lissmac, Timesaver, PEM-serter, Powder Coating, Grinding, or Deburring is a plus. We will train the right person.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
