General Laborer - 2nd Shift

Harter's Fox Valley Disposal is searching for a high energy, highly motivated individual for our shop on our second shift. The right individual enjoys working with equipment, staying busy, and getting their foot into a company that will allow the person to grow with us and take on more responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Shop Maintenance: Cleaning, sweeping, and removing hazardous or obsolete materials to keep the facility safe and organized.
• Greasing: Applying grease to all moving parts to prevent premature wear.
• Assisting Mechanics: Helping technicians with repairs, such as removing/installing components, replacing belts, and handling tools.

Qualifications & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and work in awkward positions.
• Basic understanding of tools, mechanical aptitude, and safety procedures.
