Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring all machinery functions efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, supplies, and finished products following proper safety protocols.
• Follow strict safety standards in production areas, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support assembly, packaging, and shipping activities by preparing materials and ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by regularly cleaning workstations and disposing of waste properly.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential safety hazards or mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and the importance of PPE use.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward maintaining safety and quality standards.

Pay: $23.98 - $28.87 per hour

Work Location: In person
