General Laborer

Job Summary

Duties

• Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to maintain an efficient workspace
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety protocols
• Support manufacturing processes by loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the facility
• Follow strict safety standards in production environments, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Prior experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard awareness
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
• Knowledge of GMP regulations to ensure compliance during manufacturing activities
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance
• Physical stamina and reliability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
