General Laborer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and supplies as required
• Support manufacturing processes by loading, unloading, and moving products or components
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper operation and maintenance
• Adhere to safety standards in production environments, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe workspace

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to GMP regulations
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance

Pay: $24.10 - $29.02 per hour
