General Laborer

Duties

• Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of products and materials throughout the production area
• Operate basic machinery and tools following safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain safety standards in all tasks
• Lift, carry, and position heavy materials safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sweeping, organizing, and disposing of waste according to safety protocols
• Support inventory management by accurately counting and recording supplies or finished goods as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic tools and machinery is advantageous
• Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining safety and quality standards
