General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and finished products within the production area
• Operate basic machinery and tools following safety standards in production environments
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and work areas meet safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to maintain a safe workspace
• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, handling materials or components as required for production needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Support team members in meeting daily production goals through active participation and teamwork

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, aiding in understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments ensures adherence to best practices
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently is essential
• Demonstrated commitment to following GMP guidelines and PPE protocols for a safe working environment

Pay: $24.79 - $29.85 per hour
