General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
• Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or performing basic tasks as directed
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and teammates
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper care and attention to detail
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functioning
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

• Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, welding, fabrication, or related fields is preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, safety procedures and guidelines
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
