General Laborer

Overview
As a Team Member at Carl Bales Excavating, you’ll perform a variety of tasks to support safe and efficient earthwork and construction operations. You’ll be part of a skilled crew working on residential and commercial sites, helping transform land and prepare properties for building, utilities, driveways, and more. We will train you so no experience is needed.

Duties

• Physical Labor
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely.
• Support installation and repair of underground utilities, septic systems, drainage systems, and footings/foundations on residential projects
• Communicate daily with supervisors and team members on work priorities.
• Assist with site preparation including land clearing, excavation, grading, and trenching

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and on uneven terrain.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
