General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will perform essential physical tasks that support manufacturing and production operations. Duties

• Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety standards
• Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, loading/unloading items, and moving products within the project site
• Follow strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards in production
• Assist skilled trades or technicians with basic mechanical tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including disposal of waste materials and debris

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work in physically demanding environments
• Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred
• Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team setting
• Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
