General Laborer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with various manufacturing tasks, including material handling, assembly, and packaging.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely, following all safety standards and protocols.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move raw materials or finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to ensure safety compliance.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to uphold product quality and safety standards.
• Support team members in meeting production goals by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge or interest in learning mechanical systems.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industrial environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts.
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use.
• Familiarity with GMP practices is a plus but training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Pay: $23.84 - $28.71 per hour
