General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that ensure smooth production flow. Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products throughout the production area
• Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and workspaces to uphold safety standards in production environments
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to minimize risk and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to transport raw materials or finished goods as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient workspace
• Support team members in meeting production goals by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for operating machinery and tools
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety standards in production environments
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality control and hygiene standards are met
• Commitment to following safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting team efforts

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
