General Laborer

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking general laborer to join our team. We manufacture and repair custom industrial power units for a range of customers and applications. Unlike shops with standard, repetitive products, we thrive on tailored builds across our customer base. Whether it’s working from drawings for new equipment or adapting to modifications necessary to repair an industrial unit, we handle mild steel, stainless and aluminum. As a general laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks and physical labor to support our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, equipment, and supplies
• Perform basic maintenance, and repair work as needed
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
• Blast and paint product enclosures
• Participate in general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience as a general laborer or in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to work on time
