Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support various production activities by performing physical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our sign fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, adhere to safety standards, and be capable of heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of sign components according to specifications and safety protocols
• Operate basic machinery and tools with proper handling and care, following safety standards in production
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for material movement and installation support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to ensure safety compliance during all tasks
• Support inventory management by handling materials carefully and reporting shortages or issues promptly
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to uphold quality standards throughout production processes

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with tools and machinery is advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in accordance with safety standards
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks
• Understanding of safety procedures related to PPE use and industrial environments is beneficial
