General Laborer

Work Site: East Butler, PA 16029

Compensation: Earn $17.20 per hour, with an increased rate of $19.20 per hour for those working the 2nd shift.

Schedule Details: The 1st shift operates Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with required overtime on Fridays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday, starting at 3:00 PM and ending at 1:30 AM.

Role Overview: We are seeking dependable individuals to support our industrial glass manufacturing facility. You will assist with machine operation and the preparation of glass products used in everything from residential windows and doors to automotive applications. This position demands the physical stamina to remain standing throughout your shift, as well as the ability to perform tasks involving bending and lifting loads of 50 pounds or more. We require candidates with a proven track record of reliability, ideally gained through previous work in construction, agriculture, or industrial environments.

Requirements:

• Possession of a GED or High School Diploma is considered an asset.
• Demonstrate the ability to consistently lift 50-pound items to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain the physical flexibility needed to crouch and bend as tasks dictate.
• Prior background in a manufacturing setting is highly valued.
• Showcase your dedication by maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Successfully complete both a drug screening and a background check.
