General Laborer

Duties

• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring mechanical components function smoothly
• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials, supplies, or finished products within the facility
• Follow strict safety standards in production, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, helmets, and eye protection
• Support assembly lines by organizing materials and ensuring timely delivery of parts to production stations
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
• Strong commitment to following safety standards in production environments
• Familiarity with GMP or similar quality assurance protocols is a plus
• Demonstrated understanding of personal protective equipment (PPE) use and safety procedures
• Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
