General Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various operations within our organization. Laborers are responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our projects in our excavation and service departments. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks around the worksite.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Perform inspections with on the job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vaild drivers liscence required.
• CDL is a plus but not required. Pay will be adjusted due to qualifications.
• Previous experience in labor or construction is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a labor environment is advantageous.
• Mechanic skills is a plus but not required. Pay will be adjusted due to qualifications.
