General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks across the production floor
• Operate basic tools and machinery with proper mechanical knowledge to support manufacturing processes
• Follow strict safety standards in production, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials, equipment, or finished products as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
• Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating tools and understanding machinery functions
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and safe lifting techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
• Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork, safety, and attention to detail

Pay: $23.87 - $28.74 per hour
