General Laborer

Overview

We’re hiring General Laborers for our manufacturing facility on both day and night shifts (your preference). You’ll be direct hire, not temp, earning benefits, getting access to overtime and even pathways to promotion and raises.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding production role focused on assembling components and preparing finished products for the construction industry. You'll work with your hands throughout the day, handling materials, assembling components, using basic tools, and keeping production moving.

This is active, repetitive, physical work. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, performing hands-on assembly and material handling tasks in a fast-paced factory environment.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy a good day's work, bring great energy, and take pride in getting things done. People with backgrounds in construction, roofing, landscaping, warehouse work, general labor, production, or assembly can all be great fits.

Compensation

Shift

• All shifts are 12 hours, on a rotating schedule like 223

Responsibilities

• Production Assembly: Assemble plastic building materials and construction components using basic hand tools and established processes.
• Physical Labor: Perform repetitive work involving standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and handling materials throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Material Handling: Move, stack, load, and organize components and finished products.
• Tools & Equipment: Use basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and simple assembly equipment.
• Quality Inspection: Check products for defects, proper fit, and overall quality.
• Packaging & Finishing: Trim, wrap, strap, stack, and package finished products.
• Production Efficiency: Maintain a steady work pace and help your team meet daily production goals.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical, repetitive work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and regularly bending, reaching, lifting, and handling materials.
• Willingness to work hard, maintain a steady pace, and contribute to team production goals.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude, good energy, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow basic instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
