Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Fabricate and assemble components in accordance with specifications and blueprints.

* Operate heavy equipment, including skid steers and rollers, as well as various power tools with a focus on safety and efficiency.

* Assist in the setup, maintenance, and routine inspection of equipment, reporting any mechanical issues to site supervisors.

* Utilize hand tools to ensure high-quality workmanship across all assigned tasks.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety protocols.

* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and project deadlines.

* Perform manual labor tasks as necessary to support site operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong track record of reliability.

* Proficient mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

* Demonstrated competence in the safe operation of hand and power tools.
