General Laborer - Installer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of building materials, fixtures, cabinets, doors, flooring, tile, drywall, and other components following blueprint specifications and construction plans
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials on-site
• Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise installation
• Support construction management by following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling projects, gutter installations, framing, plastering, caulking, and fabrication tasks
• Conduct basic construction inspections to verify quality standards during installation processes
• Use ladder access safely for elevated tasks such as gutter or fixture installation

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience with knowledge of building material installation and general carpentry
• Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans
• Experience with drywall installation, tile masonry, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, and fixture or cabinet hanging
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools proficiently; experience with fabrication is a plus
• Strong dimensional measurement skills and attention to detail for following specifications accurately
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical basics is desirable but not required
• Ability to use ladders safely and work comfortably at heights
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or project managers on-site

Pay: $7.50 - $17.85 per hour
