General Laborer - Installer

• Able to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Comfortable working from ladders when necessary

• Keeps work areas clean and organized
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Previous construction, warehouse, maintenance, mechanical, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist garage door installers and service technicians as needed
• Load and unload garage doors, openers, parts, tools, and materials
• Help prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pick up parts and supplies from local vendors when needed
• Deliver materials or parts to job sites
• Help keep the trucks, and work areas clean and organized
• Help with cleanup and removal of old doors, openers, packaging, and job debris
• Maintain tools and equipment and report damaged or missing items
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions from technicians and management
• Help with miscellaneous shop, property, and general maintenance tasks
• Provide additional hands-on support wherever needed during busy days

We are a small family-owned company, so everyone helps where needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats people with respect, and understands that the little things matter.

You don't need to know everything about garage doors when you start. Reliability, attitude, common sense, and a willingness to learn are more important to us.

For someone who wants to learn the trade, there may also be opportunities to gain experience with garage door installation, service, and repair as they grow with the company.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
