General Labourer

We’re Shine Property Services in Prince George. We clean the outside of homes — windows, gutters, siding, and roof moss removal. We’re growing and I need another solid tech who actually shows up, works hard, and cares about doing a clean job.

This position is performance pay or a $28/hour base. The whole idea is simple: the better and more efficient you get, the more you can make. As an example, one of our technicians recently made $56/hour for the week, while another made $48/hour within the system we’ve built.

If you like being outside, moving around, and finishing the day feeling like you earned it — you’ll probably like this.

What you’ll be doing

• Exterior window cleaning on residential homes
• Gutter cleaning
• Siding / house washing
• Roof moss removal and roof cleaning — training provided
• Setting up ladders safely and working efficiently
• Leaving customers’ homes looking unreal
• Talking to customers politely and professionally — you don’t need to be salesy

What I’m looking for

• You’re reliable and show up on time
• You want the ability to make more money when you work harder and get better
• You’re physically capable — ladders, lifting, working outside
• You have a good attitude and don’t complain all day
• You take safety seriously
• You can work independently while still following our systems

Must have

• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with heights — ladders and roofs depending on the job
• Able to work outdoors in real Prince George weather

Pay + growth

• Opportunity to move into Lead Tech / Crew Lead as we grow

Hours

Typically Monday–Friday, with some optional Saturdays during busy season.

Start times are usually in the morning — we like getting after it early.
