Position Overview
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, assist on a variety of projects, and develop real skills on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and renovation tasks
• Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized
• Support carpenters and skilled trades as needed
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Qualifications

• General labour or construction experience (asset, not required)
• Strong willingness to learn and develop trade skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Ontario driver’s license (required)

Compensation

• $23–$27/hour, based on skill set and experience
