Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment safely across job sites
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
• Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks under supervision
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Perform general site maintenance including debris removal, waste disposal, and minor repairs as needed
• Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or special projects
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors to ensure ongoing safety compliance

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or industrial environments
• Prior experience in labouring roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success

Pay: $17.60-$29.32 per hour
