General Labourer

Duties will include keeping site area clean and tidy, assisting other trades and all other associated tasks as directed by the site manager. Applicants must have previous experience in dealing with tradesman. This role is for a general labourer developing into a Damaged Management Technician for the right candidate. Works include:

• Soft Strip Out
• Specialist Cleaning
• Painting
• Helping with installing equipment

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Able to perform manual handling duties;
• Proven construction experience (desirable);
• Experience of using hand tools and power tools;
• Attention to detail;
• Prepared to work in inclement weather as the need arises
• Physically fit;
• Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines;
• Able to follow instructions;
• Awareness of health and safety at work;
• Team player
• Full clean Driving License required
