Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site
• Support skilled workers by preparing work areas and handing off supplies as needed
• Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
• Carry out basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials under supervision
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal and team safety at all times
• Operate simple equipment like wheelbarrows, hand tools, or forklifts if certified
• Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or project completion

Experience

• No previous construction or labour experience required; we provide on-the-job training!
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability as key qualities
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully
• Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively
