Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or machinery
• Support skilled tradespeople by holding tools, fetching supplies, or performing basic tasks as directed
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as clearing debris, sweeping work zones, or minor repairs
• Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to ensure a tidy and hazard-free environment
• Follow instructions precisely to support project timelines and quality standards
