Hillary Production Machining Ltd. – Manitoba

Hillary Production Machining Ltd. is looking for a dependable general labourer to join our precision machining operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable working in an active manufacturing setting.

In this role, you will handle day-to-day tasks in the general shop and production .

What You’ll Do

Shop and Production Support

• Assist with a variety of general labour tasks throughout the shop
• Help support machine operators and production flow where needed
• Use basic shop equipment with training provided
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations in the facility

What We’re Looking For

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically capable of lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

Previous experience in manufacturing is an asset, but we are open to training a motivated candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
