About the role

• Seasonal position lasting 6–8 weeks
• Tasks may be repetitive as part of production processes
• Some roles involve physical activity such as standing for long periods, frequent lifting and bending
• Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with varying levels of noise
• Opportunity to learn new skills and operate specialized production equipment (full training provided)
• Expected to follow health and safety standards and procedures
• May be asked to cross-train in other areas to support the team

• Have basic English language skills to follow instructions and communicate
• Bring a positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Work well as part of a team
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Are open to learning on the job and following safety procedures

What you’ll learn

• How to operate post-production equipment such as cutters, layflat machines, industrial staplers, and binding machines (wire, coil, and more)
• How to organize, pack, and ship finished products
• How to quality check and handle photo books
