General Labourer

Join our dynamic team as a General Labourer .

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely around the work site
• Support tradespeople by holding or passing tools, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Help with basic site maintenance tasks such as fencing, signage, or temporary struc

Experience

• Previous experience in general labour or construction environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe work environment
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
• Basic understanding of construction sites or manual labour tasks is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
