General Labourer

Good Stoves is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Labourer to join our friendly team in Launceston.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and would like to develop their skills within a growing stove installation business. Working alongside our experienced team, you will play an important role in ensuring our installations are completed to a high standard and our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with stove installations and the safe handling and movement of materials.
• Ensuring installation sites are kept clean, tidy and organised, with safety always a priority.
• Carrying out stock takes and helping to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Organising the warehouse and picking materials and equipment for upcoming installations.
• Assisting the team with general duties and small workshop repairs, including replacing stove door ropes and stove glass.
• Helping to maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.

Previous experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
