General Labourer

Pay: From CA$27.00 per hour

Job description:

Converter Man Limited is looking for a dependable, hard-working employee to join our production team. This is a full-time, permanent assembly line position in a real industrial factory environment.

This job is not for everyone. The work is dirty, loud, repetitive, and physically demanding. You will be cleaning automotive parts using a conveyor washing machine and handling heavy components throughout the day. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

We are looking for someone who shows up every day, arrives on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job properly. Reliability is extremely important. This is not a casual job, and it is not suited for someone who is not prepared to work hard every day.

Job Duties Include:

• Loading and unloading automotive parts onto a conveyor washing machine
• Cleaning and handling used automotive components
• Lifting, moving, and organizing parts throughout the shift
• Working safely in a loud, dirty industrial environment
• Following instructions and maintaining production flow
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Assisting with other general production duties as required

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously
• Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work every day
• Must be comfortable in a dirty, loud, industrial factory environment
• Must be able to speak and write English
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Factory, industrial, automotive, or mechanical experience is an asset
• Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
