General Labourer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the worksite
• Support team members in preparing work areas and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Perform basic site maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing tools, and disposing of waste
• Help with inventory management by sorting and storing supplies properly
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others
• Support other team members with various duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to maintain a safe workplace

Experience

• Previous experience in manual labour or construction environments is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the day
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and workplace regulations is an asset
