General Labourer (Construction Helper / Site Assistant)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit General Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our skilled tradesmen (masons, carpenters, waterproofing technicians, and steel fixers) on various construction sites. The ideal candidate is an excellent team player who is willing to learn, takes direction well, and maintains a strong focus on site cleanliness and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist skilled technicians and craftsmen by moving tools, equipment, and building materials to work areas.
• Mix cement, mortar, plaster, and adhesives manually or using mixing machines as directed.
• Load and unload delivery trucks containing construction materials, blocks, or heavy tools.
• Clean, sweep, and clear debris from the worksite regularly to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as basic scaffolding, safety barriers, and ladders.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment (shovels, wheelbarrows, hammers, and brooms) safely.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Construction Labourer or Site Helper in the UAE is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent physical health, strength, and stamina to lift heavy loads and perform manual work.
• Ability to work productively in outdoor weather conditions.
• Strong willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to all site safety protocols (wearing helmets, safety shoes, etc.).
• Punctual, dependable, and a good team worker.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,000 per month
• Full-time position

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per month
