General Labourers

We're looking for General Labourers to join busy civil, construction and roading crews across Queenstown and Wānaka.

No experience? No worries. If you're reliable, hardworking, and keen to get stuck in, we have opportunities for you.

What we're looking for:

• Previous labouring experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good level of fitness and happy working outdoors.
• Own transport and driver's licence preferred.
• Able to pass a drug test and have a clean (or relatively clean) criminal record.

To be considered, applicants must already have the legal right to work in New Zealand and be based in Queenstown, Wanaka or Central Otago.
What's in it for you?

• Competitive hourly rates – you could earn more than many hospitality or ski season roles.
• Consistent, full-time hours available.
• Weekly pay.
• Work with leading civil, construction and infrastructure companies.
• Opportunities for ongoing work and career progression.
• Support from a local team that genuinely cares.

If you're ready to swap split shifts, late nights and unpredictable rosters for solid hours and great pay, we'd love to hear from you.
