Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Accurately feed linen into high-speed ironer lines (e.g., sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths).
• Align corners and edges precisely to ensure proper folding downstream.
• Maintain correct tempo and rhythm to match machine speed and minimize stoppages.
• Inspect for stains, holes, or damage before feeding pull aside rejects for rewash or repair.
• Communicate with team members on ironer line (folders, stackers, catchers) to manage flow.
• Maintain high standards of feeding to avoid wrinkles, misfolds, or skewed stacking.
• Escalate consistent feed-related issues to maintenance or production leads.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• At shift end or job change over, assist with cleaning ironer belts, rollers, or vacuum systems.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Previous experience in a laundry or cleaning role is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic communication skills for reporting and coordination.
