Core Positioning

Responsible for maintaining the company’s core ledgers and ensuring HGB compliance, leading month-end and year-end closing, and statutory financial reporting, while liaising with audit and tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Ledger Accounting & Period-End Closing

• Handle GL transactions including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, foreign currency valuation, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

1. Statutory & Management Reporting

• Prepare the HGB balance sheet, income statement, and notes.
• Review the China financial monthly report, PBC, and related key tables.

1. Tax Compliance & Filing

• Review daily tax consultations and tax-related processing.
• Coordinate with tax advisors to complete VAT, corporate income tax, and annual tax filings.

1. Audit & Tax Inspection

• Coordinate document preparation, detail verification, issue response, and remediation follow-up.
• Ensure audits and tax inspection items are completed on schedule.

1. SAP FI & Master Data Maintenance

• Maintain GL accounts and related financial master data.
• Execute month-end checklists and continuously optimize closing and voucher processing workflows.

1. Financial Compliance & Internal Controls

• Review important accounting vouchers and abnormal items.
• Drive the implementation of accounting policies, tax rules, and internal control systems.
