Job Responsibilities:

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT III (GENERAL LEDGER)

• Drive accurate and timely financial reporting by managing key accounting activities that

  support the integrity of financial records across multiple entities.

• Strengthen financial transparency and decision-making through detailed reconciliations,

  variance analysis and proactive resolution of discrepancies.

• Ensure month-end close activities are completed efficiently and accurately, helping the

  business meet reporting deadlines and maintain compliance standards.

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve the quality of financial data,

  reduce reporting risks and support informed business decisions.

• Contribute to audit readiness and control effectiveness by maintaining accurate

  documentation and supporting a strong financial governance framework

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.

• Review, approve, and post complex journal entries and reconciliations while ensuring integrity of financial data across accounts.

• Perform advanced balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying risks and providing actionable financial insights to management.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and auditors to support financial reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing accounting processes, controls, and system efficiencies.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Drive financial reporting excellence by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant

  month-end and quarter-end close outcomes that support decision-making and

  strengthen business performance.

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, creating an environment that

  empowers colleagues to grow, deliver exceptional results, and contribute to organizational

  success.

• Strengthen compliance and control frameworks that protect the business, enhance

  audit readiness, and ensure adherence to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

  (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and local regulatory

  requirements.

• Influence process transformation and innovation by identifying opportunities to

  simplify workflows, improve reporting quality, and leverage automation to drive greater

  efficiency and scalability.

• Partner across global functions and markets to support expansion, integration, and

  strategic initiatives while delivering accounting solutions that create long-term business

  value.
