General Ledger Analyst

The General Ledger (GL) Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s general ledger and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate financial recording
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and adjustments
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
• Review accounting transactions from various middleware systems and ensure accurate integration into ERP systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional finance teams to ensure accurate financial operations
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and reports
• Maintain schedules for assigned GL accounts and perform account clean-up activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoicing, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Proficient in accounting systems; experience with NetSuite and Sertica Invoicing is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of financial data accurately and efficiently
• Knowledgeable in Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Adaptable and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
• Able to identify risks and develop practical contingency plans

Work Arrangement:

• Willing to work fully on-site at Binondo
• Amenable with Compressed Worked Week (CWW) schedule, Mondays-Fridays from 8:00AM - 6:40 PM
