About the role

This role involves ensuring the accuracy of daily business transactions data and bookkeeping, verifying cash inflows and outflows, and reconciling with bank statements to prevent errors or fraud. You will classify expenses under correct accounts, prepare and verify tax calculations and payments, handle tax refund issues, and prepare monthly and annual reports in compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes auditing processes, establishing accounting SOPs during the startup period, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of daily business transactions data and bookkeeping
• Verify cash inflows and outflows and reconcile with bank statements to prevent errors or fraud
• Classify expenses under the correct accounts to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare, verify and ensure the correct calculation and payment for taxes, and handle tax refund issues
• Prepare monthly and annual reports, or any reports required by Senior Management or Official Authorities
• Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Support all processes for auditing
• Support on establishing the accounting SOPs during startup period
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Company and Senior Management.

About you

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• More than 5 years working experience in Accounting, Finance and Tax, and can independently handle life-cycle daily operations
• Well understanding of local regulations and best practice required by the supervisory bodies
• English and Thai are must, Mandarin will be preferred
• Self-driven, can-do attitude and hands-on
• Can work under a fast-paced and multi-task environment
