• Employment Type: Full time
• Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT), Consecutive days off
• Work Setup: Permanent Work from Home
• Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000

Qualifications That Set You Apart

• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting or general ledger roles
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with the ability to manage journal entries and general ledger workflows independently
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger structure
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reconciliations and financial analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring and ad hoc tasks
• Willingness to work U.S. hours with flexibility based on client needs

Preferred

• Experience with Brex or similar expense automation tools
• Background in vendor rebates, accruals, or multi-location accounting
• Exposure to Accounts Payable workflows or invoice processing
• Experience supporting month-end close in multi-entity environments
• Background in automotive or similar industries

What You'll Own

• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries, including accruals, allocations, depreciation, amortization, and payroll-related entries
• Review and adjust system-generated entries to ensure proper categorization and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal accounting teams to clarify transactions and supporting documentation
• Support month-end close through account reconciliations and timely adjustments
• Monitor shared accounting inboxes and resolve documentation or expense-related inquiries
• Analyze complex financial adjustments across multiple locations or cost centers
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all general ledger activities
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting through proactive issue resolution
• Handle additional general accounting tasks as required
• Expand into Accounts Payable ownership, including vendor payments, payment schedules, and compliance processes
