What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
- Oversee R2R (Reconciliation to Report) process, including reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with GL accounting policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in GL Accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in managing large volumes of data using various software tools such as Excel or ERP systems.
