General Liability Litigation Attorney

My client is seeking an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join their growing legal team in Sacramento. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience who enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Develop case strategy and work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients throughout litigation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Experience handling general liability litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
