General Machine Shop Help

Part time position is Ideal for a retired or semi-retired individual that has extra time but cannot keep a rigid schedule (part time position does not include full benefits). Full time position is ideal for someone who is looking for regular hours and has a desire to participate in a team environment. Background in a manufacturing environment is not required but is definitely a plus.

Estimated Weekly Hours: 10-25hrs up to full time position available as well.

Hours of operation: 6am to 4:00pm Monday thru Thursday. Friday: 7am - 11am

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability
• Good work ethic and attention to detail
• Self-sufficient and able to stay productive without constant supervision
• Motivated to learn and grow within the company
• Works well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, automatic saw
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment safely
• Light assembly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Support machinists and other team members as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within our business

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical or technical experience (machine shop experience a plus)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
