QUALIFICATIONS

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across managed properties, with strong emphasis on carpentry works such as fabrication, installation, reinforcement, and restoration of wooden structures, fixtures, and furniture.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for carpentry works, materials, and labor requirements, ensuring transparency and alignment with project specifications.

• Conduct regular inspections of building structures, wooden components, utilities, and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend timely corrective actions.

• Execute preventive maintenance activities to reduce repair frequency, extend the life of property fixtures, and maintain the overall value of the company’s assets.

• Diagnose and resolve concerns related to electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, painting, and other general maintenance tasks when required.

• Assist in the installation, assembly, and relocation of fixtures, furniture, and equipment for property upgrades and tenant requests.

• Coordinate with the Property Management team to address repair concerns, tenant service requests, and project requirements efficiently.

• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with company standards, safety protocols, and relevant building regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of quotations, work orders, materials consumption, and completed maintenance activities.

• Provide support during renovation projects, improvement works, and emergency repair situations, prioritizing quality and timely completion.
