General Maintenance Technician

FULL TIME / YEAR ROUND POSITIONS

Looking for an experienced and skilled general maintenance technician to perform general duties and upkeep of buildings.

• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be self motivated.
• Able to use power tools
• Must have valid driver’s license, and proper work authorization documents.
• The position assists where needed including groundskeeping, electrical, plumbing, hvac, painting, etc.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• This is a 40 hour per week, year round position
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check.

Compensation: $17 – $19 per hour, based on experience.
