General Manager (2 wheeler service)

We are looking for "General Manager - Service" for our client in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). The position will be responsible for overall management of the service department (2-wheeler) to achieve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role ensures delivery of high-quality service, adherence to OEM standards, and growth of service revenue & CSI.

Budget for position: 8 to 10 L P.A.

Experience: 5 years & above

Immediate joiner will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Service Delivery - Oversee day-to-day functioning of service workshop including job card opening, job allocation, quality check & vehicle delivery. Ensure TAT adherence, first-time fix rate, and minimum customer wait time. Maintain workshop productivity, bay utilization, and technician efficiency.

2. Customer Satisfaction & Retention - Drive CSI scores and handle escalations/complaints effectively. Implement service campaigns, recall activities, and follow-up calls. Promote AMC, extended warranty, and value-added services to customers.

3. Revenue & Profitability - Achieve monthly targets for labor, spares, and overall service revenue. Control costs, manage spares inventory, and reduce wastage. Focus on upselling - parts, accessories, lubricants, and service packages.

4. Team Management - Lead, train and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and QC team. Conduct regular training on OEM processes, new models, and soft skills. Ensure discipline, safety norms, and 5S in workshop.

5. Infrastructure & Process - Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness as per OEM standards. Implement digital initiatives - service booking, digital inspection, e-invoicing.
